Program Bookings
Enrollment in any Pitch Perfect training program confirms your participation in the scheduled session.
All bookings are considered final once payment has been successfully processed.
Refund Policy
Pitch Perfect follows a no refund policy for all training programs.
Once a booking has been confirmed and payment completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Rescheduling
Participants may request rescheduling of their training session subject to availability and prior notice.
Rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled session.
Approval of rescheduling requests will be at the discretion of Pitch Perfect management.
Program Cancellation by Organizer
In rare cases where a program must be cancelled or postponed by Pitch Perfect due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered:
- Rescheduling to a future session
- Alternative participation options.
